On November 19, 1990 BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of Tariff Supplement No.3, Rate Schedule 4,Service Agreement for Pittman Asphalt Co. Ltd. ("Pittman Asphalt"), at its plant in Prince George, B.C.; and B. Tariff Supplement No.3 requires Pittman Asphalt to provide BC Gas with a Letter of Credit in lieu of an annual minimum bill as provided under Rate Schedule 4; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing, for BC Gas - Inland Division, Tariff Supplement No.3, Rate Schedule 4, Service Agreement for Pittman Asphalt dated May 16, 1990: Original Sheet No.3 and Sheets 3-1 to 3-5, inclusive.
