By Application dated October 25, 1990 ICG Utilities (British Columbia) Ltd. ("ICG") applied to amend its filed Gas Tariff rate schedule to General Service Customers in the Resort Municipality of Whistler; and B. The increase in rate is a result of a cost of propane price increase amounting to $0.3921 per Ccf effective November 1, 1990; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that the increase in propane gas rates to all grid system customers is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Amendment to Gas Tariff rate to General Service Rate customers for ICG-Whistler District is accepted for filing, effective November 1, 1990 as follows: Fourth Revision Page 40 2. ICG will provide all customers served under the rate schedule with an explanation of the increase and the rate charged for grid system service .
