Martin, Commissioner; and W.M.Swanson, Q.C. Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On November 5, 1990 BC Gas Inc. - Columbia Division ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission to cancel gas sales agreements covered by Tariff Supplements as follows: No. I-Galloway Lumber Co. Ltd., No.2-Canada Cedar Pole Preservers Co. Ltd., No.3-Crows Nest Resources Limited at Line Creek, No.4-Esso Resources Canada Limited, and No.6-Crows Nest Resources Limited 6-11 to 6-23; and B. BC Gas advised that the above-noted gas sales customers are presently being served under other approved rate schedules or transportation service agreements; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that cancellation of the Tariff Supplements as contained in the November 5, 1990 Application is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the cancellation of BC Gas - Columbia Division, Gas Tariff, Tariff Supplements as follows: No.1 Galloway Lumber Co. Ltd., No. 2 Canada Cedar Pole Preservers Co. Ltd., No. 3 Crows Nest Resources Limited at Line Creek, No. 4 Esso Resources Canada Limited, No. 6 Crows Nest Resources Limited, Sheets No.6-II to 6-23 ~e.
