On October 15, November 17 and 26, 1991 BC Gas applied pursuant to the Commission's Rules Respecting Energy Supply Contracts ("the Rules") and Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act for approval of a number of Short-Term, Firm Gas Supply Contracts as detailed in Appendix A to this Order ("the Short-Term Portfolio") and; B. The Commission has reviewed the Short-Term Portfolio and has determined that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves and accepts for filing the Short-Term Portfolio of gas supply contracts as detailed in Appendix A to this Order.
