Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS BC Gas Inc., Lower Mainland and Inland Divisions ("BC Gas") applied on September 12, 1990 for Commission approval of amendments to its Gas Tariffs covering interruptible gas sales and agreements with customers to take effect commencing November I, 1990; and WHEREAS the introduction of Rate Schedule 2502 Interruptible Service in the Lower Mainland Division will provide customers with a higher level of interruptible service than is presently available under Rate Schedules 2501 and 2701; and WHEREAS amendments to Rate Schedule 10 in the Inland Division will provide customers with a higher level of service and more reliable interruptible supply; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders BC Gas as follows: 1. Amendments to Rate Schedule 2502 - Interruptible Service for the Lower Mainland Division are accepted for filing effective with gas sales commencing November 1, 1990 as follows: Original Pages C-14.1 through C-14.7 First Revision of Page C-6 Second Re vision of Pages C-12, C-13 and C-14.
