By Application dated October 31, 1990, Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (tlPNG fI ) applied to the Commission for approval of Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 18 - Firm Transportation Service and Interruptible Sales Agreement with Westar Timber Ltd. (Plateau Operations) (tlWestar tl ), effective November 1, 1990; and B. Westar currently purchases gas under Rate Schedule 5C - Small Industrial Service and applied to PNG on September 19, 1990 to obtain firm transportation service effective November 1, 1990; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that the change from Small Industrial Sales Service to Firm Transportation Service for Westar is necessary and in the public interest. NOW TIlEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for PNG Gas Tariff Supplement No. 18 - Firm Transportation Service and Interruptible Sales Agreement with Westar, effective November 1, 1990 as follows: Supplement No. 18, Original Sheet Nos. 18-1 through 18-35 inclusive.
