On March 6, 1991 BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") filed for Commission approval, Tariff Supplement No. 33 - Rate Schedule 14, Service Agreement with Shell Canada Products Limited ("Shell Canada") for a Natural Gas Vehicle ("NGV") refuelling station in the Town of Merritt, B.c.; and B. On April 16, and May 6,1991, BC Gas provided the Commission with additional information on the Shell Canada Service Agreement and the Company's NGV program; and C. Tariff Supplement No. 33 allows BC Gas to charge Shell Canada $3.00/GJ for compression and dispensing services and waives the minimum monthly bill that would apply at that location; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. BC Gas, Gas Tariff Supplement No. 33 - Rate Schedule 14, NGV Service Agreement dated November 21, 1990 for Shell Canada at Merritt, B.C. is accepted for filing, effective immediately: Third Revision of Original Sheet No. 33-1; and Original Sheets 33-2 to 33-11, inclusive. 2. BC Gas is to report to the Commission at 6-month intervals, commencing December 1, 1991, the estimated and actual NGV sales volumes for the subject location.
