On March 11, 1991 BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") filed with the Commission for approval of amendments to Tariff Supplement No. 17 Rate Schedule 22 Service Agreement with Consumers Packaging Inc. ("Consumers") at Lavington, B.C.; and B. Tariff Supplement No. 17 provides for special minimum bill relief during periods of glass furnace rebuilding at the Consumers facility; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for BC Gas, Gas Tariff Supplement No. 17, Rate Schedule 22, Service Agreement dated October 19, 1990 for Consumers as follows: First Revision of Sheet No. 17-1 First Revision of Sheet No. 17-2 Original Sheet No. 17-3 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, of March, 1991.
