Commission Order No. G-63-90 approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") a Monthly Prepayment on Account Plan and Advance Payment Discount Plan ("Advance Billing"), effective August 16, 1990; and B. On September 30, 1991 B.c. Hydro applied to the Commission for approval of a variance to the Electric Tariff for a period of 120 days, to allow for a change in the time required for payment of account by General Service customers under Advance Billing from 10 days to 21 days; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of a variance to the Electric Tariff is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves a variance to B.c. Hydro's Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions for a period of 120 days, to allow the utility to amend the time required for payment by General Service customers under Advance Billing from 10 days to 21 days, effective immediately. 2. Following its review of the Plan and other security and payment options, B.C.
