On October 16, 1991 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of a new Rate Schedule to supply Westcoast Energy Inc.'s ("WEI") Stoddart Compressor Station with gas effective July 1, 1989; and B. The Application included the filing of a July 1, 1989 executed contract with WEI, the details of which were submitted in tariff format as Small Industrial Service Rate No.9 (SIS-9); and C. Commission Order No. G-112-91 required Centra Gas to file a 1992 Revenue Requirements Application; and D. The Commission has reviewed the filing and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for Centra Gas the Industrial Firm Transportation Service Agreement and Rate Schedule for the supply of gas to the WEI Stoddart Compressor Station effective July 1, 1989: • Original Page 36(a) Small Industrial Service Rate No.9 (SIS-9). 2. The Commission's approval is conditional upon its review of the Centra Gas, Small Industrial Service Rate No.9 (SIS-9) at the public hearing into the utility'S 1992 Revenue Requirements Application.
