Commission Order No. G-43-91 required BC Gas to me for Commission approval by September 1, 1991 a Propane Supply Contract for its underground distribution grid system at Revelstoke, B.C.; and B. On August 29, 1991 BC Gas filed an Energy Supply Agreement with ICG Propane Inc. for the supply of liquid propane covering the period September 1, 1991 to August 31, 1992; and C. The Commission has considered the Agreement for the supply of liquid propane to BC Gas for the Revelstoke grid system and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the August 22, 1991 Energy Supply Contract between BC Gas and ICG Propane Inc. for the supply of liquid propane to the Revelstoke grid system for the period September 1, 1991 to August 31, 1992.
