Barr, ) November 19, 1992 Deputy Chair; and ) K.L. Hall, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On November 6, 1992 West Kootenay Power Ltd. ("WKP") applied, pursuant to Section 57 of the Utilities Commission Act (lithe Act"), to amend its current borrowing arrangements with the Bank of Montreal by extending the expiry date of the term loan, line of credit to January 2, 1995; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and the certified copy of the May 14, 1992 resolution of the Board of Directors of WKP, and approves the terms thereof. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves for WKP the extension of the expiry date of the revolving term loan line of credit with the Bank of Montreal to January 2, 1995, pursuant to Section 57 of the Act.
