Barr, ) December 23, 1992 Deputy Chair ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. G-97 -92, approved for Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNG") a negotiated industrial interruptible rate for the provision of interruptible gas supply for the month of October, 1992 to British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority's ("B.C. Hydro") thermal generating plant at Prince Rupert, B.C. and required a report on sales made under the Letter Agreement; and B. On November 27, 1992 PNG filed, for Commission approval, an Agreement between PNG and B.c. Hydro dated November 1, 1992 as an amendment to Tariff Supplement No. 10; and C. On December 21, 1992 PNG filed a report on sales made under the Letter Agreement as required by item 2 of Order No. G-97 -92; and D. The Commission has considered and reviewed the amendment to Gas Tariff Supplement No. 10 and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the Agreement between PNG and B.C. Hydro dated November 1, 1992 as an amendment to PNG Gas Tariff Supplement No. 10 -Interruptible Sales and Transportation Service Agreement with B.C. Hydro and accepts the following tariff sheets for filing: Original Sheet Nos. 10-1 to 10-34 inclusive. 2. PNG is required to file for Commission approval any short-term rate with B.C.
