McIntyre, ) Chairman; and ) September 19, 1991 N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. On July 12, 1991 B.C. Gas Inc. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas") filed with the Commission for approval, an Interim Wheeling Agreement ("the Bridging Agreement") dated July 12, 1991 with Pacific Coast Energy Corporation ("PCEC"); and B. By Commission order No. G-66-91 the Bridging Agreement was approved as a Gas Tariff Supplement for the transportation services provided to PCEC until the finalization and approval of a long term Wheeling Agreement, or until September 16, 1991, whichever occurred first; and C. By Letter Agreement on September 11, 1991 BC Gas and PCEC applied to the Commission for approval to extend the Bridging Agreement from September 16 to September 30, 1991; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Bridging Agreement and fmds that an extension to the term is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The July 12, 1991 Bridging Agreement between BC Gas and PCEC is extended until such time as a final Wheeling Agreement is executed by the parties and reviewed and approved by the Commission. 2.
