Jaccard, ) Chair; ) L.R. Barr, ) Deputy Chair; and ) November 26, 1992 F.C. Leighton, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission by Orders No. E-4-91 and E-1-92 approved for BC Gas Inc. ("BC Gas") Long-Term Gas Supply Contracts with producers for terms ranging from two to fifteen years pursuant to the Commission's Rules Respecting Energy Supply Contracts ("the Rules") and Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"); and B. On October 28, 1992 BC Gas med for Commission approval signed Letter Agreements which amended six of the Long-Term Gas Supply Contracts and provided for new prices effective for the gas contract year commencing November 1, 1992; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Letter Agreements to the Long-Term Gas Supply Contracts and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Letter Agreements amending the BC Gas Long-Term Gas Supply Contracts described in Appendix A to this Order are approved and accepted for filing pursuant to the Rules and Section 85.3 of the Act.
