Martin, ) Commissioner; and ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On August 20, 1991 BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") filed for Commission approval, Tariff Supplement No. 58 - Rate Schedule 23, Interruptible Transportation Service, Service Agreement with CanWest Gas Supply Inc.; and B. The Agreement will allow CanWest to move gas over the BC Gas system to the Alberta Natural Gas pipeline located at Yahk, B.C. during the period August 1, 1991 to October 31, 1991; and C. Tariff Supplement No. 58 will allow BC Gas to charge CanWest $0.25/GJ for such transportation services on its system; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: The Commission accepts for filing, BC Gas, Gas Tariff Supplement No. 58 - Rate Schedule 23, Service Agreement for Interruptible Transportation Service with CanWest Gas Supply Inc., effective August 1, 1991 as follows: Original Sheets 58-1 to 58-8, inclusive.
