On October 30, 1992 BC Gas Inc.- Columbia Division ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of a new peaking gas supply agreement with Alberta & Southern Gas Co. Ltd. pursuant to the Commission's Rules Respecting Energy Supply Contracts ("the Rules") and Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act (tithe Act"); and B. The contract will provide Be Gas with peaking gas supplies of up to 424.9 10 3 m 3 per day covering the period November 1, 1992 to March 31,1993. C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest NOW THEREFORE pursuant to the Rules and Section 85.3 of the Act the Commission approves the following gas supply contract: 1. Gas Supply Contract between Alberta & Southern Gas Co. Ltd. and BC Gas dated November 1, 1992 for peaking gas supplies of up to 424.9 10 3 m 3 per day for the period November 1, 1992 to March 31, 1993.
