Commission Order No. G-42-92 approved an Agreement that allowed BC Gas to supply off-system, interruptible gas to the Vancouver Island Gas Joint Venture (lithe Joint Venture") for the month of May, 1992 and known as Tariff Supplement No. 30 (lithe Agreement"); and B. On December 2, 1992 BC Gas applied to the Commission for approval of pricing arrangements under the Agreement for the months of August, September and October, 1992 and for an extension of the Agreement covering the gas contract year commencing November 1, 1992; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of the pricing amendments and extension of the Agreement is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders BC Gas as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BC Gas amendments to Gas Tariff Supplement No. 30 -Interruptible Gas Service Agreement with the Joint Venture covering off-system natural gas sales, effective as follows: (i) For the month of Au~ust. 1992: Second Revision of Page 30-9 (ii) For the month of September. 1992: Third Revision of Page 30-9 (iii) For the month of October. 1992: Fourth Revision of Page 30-9 (iv) For the ~as contract year commencin~ November 1. 1992: Original Pages No. 30, 30-10 and 30-11, First Revision of Page No. 30-8, Second Revision of Page No. 30-1 to 30-6, inclusive, Fourth Revision of Page No. 30-7, Fifth Revision of Page No. 30-9. 2.
