Newlands, ) Deputy Chainnan; and ) June 11, 1992 N. Martin ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On April 8, 1992 Westcoast Petroleum Ltd. (It Westc oast" ) advised the Commission that its Tolls on the Taylor to Prince George and Kamloops oil pipeline would be decreasing as a result of increased throughput effective June 1, 1992; and B. On April 28, 1992 Westcoast further advised the Commission that its shippers on the pipeline were previously informed of the June 1, 1992 tariff decrease and filed for approval Light Petroleum Tariff No. 21; and C. The rates contained in the revised Tariff apply to the transportation and delivery of light petroleum by pipeline from Taylor to Prince George and Kamloops, B.C.; and D. The Commission has considered Westcoast's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of Part 7 of the Pipeline Act; and NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves and accepts for filing the Westcoast Tariff, effective June 1, 1992 as follows: Light Petroleum Tariff No. 21 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia this of June, 1992.
