Newlands, ) Deputy Chainnan; ) March 14, 1991 N. Martin, ) Commissioner; and ) W.M. Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. Order-in-Council No. 468 dated March 18, 1988, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act") to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources; and B. On February 22, 1991, Suncor Inc. Resources Group ("Suncor") filed with the Commission Crude Petroleum Tariff No. 121 with rates to be effective January 1, 1991; and C. The rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum from the receiving points of Blueberry, Aitken Creek, Inga, West Stoddart, Eagle and Fort St. John fields to Taylor, B.C.; and D. The Commission finds that the filing is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves and accepts for filing the Crude Petroleum Tariff No. 121 filed by Suncor's letter dated February 22, 1991, effective January 1, 1991.
