On July 23, 1992 BC Gas Inc. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for amendments to its Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions relating to Advance Billing and the re-introduction of Security Deposits applicable to General Service Customers; and B. The amendments will provide a broader range of options available for customers commensurate with BC Gas' credit risk associated with billing; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that approval of the amendments to the Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions related to Advance Billing and Security Deposits is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders BC Gas as follows: 1.
