McIntyre, ) Chairman; ) April 4, 1991 N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. Order-in-Council No. 468 dated March 18, 1988, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act") to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. B. On March 14, 1991 the Commission, by Order No. P-I-91, approved the February 22, 1991 Application by Suncor Inc. Resources Group ("Suncorlf) to amend Crude Petroleum Tariff No. 121 effective January 1, 1991; and C. On March 19, 1991, Suncor advised the Commission that the Blueberry to Taylor pipeline shippers required advance notification of tariff amendments and further requested that changes be made effective March 1, 1991; and D. The rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum from the receiving points of Blueberry, Aitken Creek, Inga, West Stoddart, Eagle and Fort St. John fields to Taylor, B.C.; and E. The Commission finds that the filing is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The rates approved by Order No. P-I-91 for the Blueberry to Taylor Crude Petroleum Tariff effective January 1, 1991 are rescinded. 2. The rates contained in Suncor's March 19, 1991 Application for Crude Petroleum Tariff No. 121 effective March 1, 1991 are approved and accepted for .LlHJ~::::;I,~ DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this of April, 1991.
