Jaccard, ) Chair; and ) September 23, 1992 L.R. Barr, ) Deputy Chair ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On September 4, 1992 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval, Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms of Conditions of Service ("the Agreement") for Capital City Paving Ltd. ("Capital City") for gas service to its asphalt plant located in the District of Langford, B.C. under the Competitive Range Rate Class; and B. Commission Order No. G-72-92 required Centra Gas to amend its Industrial Gas Sales Agreements to include the appropriate heating rate conversion factors; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and fmds that approval, including the use of the correct heating rate conversion factor, is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: The Commission approves the Industrial Gas Sales Agreement including General Terms and Conditions under the Competitive Range Rate Class between Centra Gas and Capital City Paving Ltd. dated August 31, 1992 provided that the customer is made aware of the total extent of the obligation under the net book value provision of Article 6.02 of the contract DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this day of September, 1992.
