Newlands, ) September 26, 1991 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. On September 17, 1991 Newcal Energy Inc. ("Newcal") applied for approval of amendments to rates contained in Crude Petroleum Tariff for the Inga Oil Pipeline for transportation of product effective January 1, 1991, pursuant to Pan 7 of the Pipeline Act; and B. The rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum at the pipeline segments designated as Inga South, West and East; and C. The Commission has considered Newcal's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: Pursuant to Part 7 of the Pipeline Act, the rates contained in Newcal's Crude Petroleum Tariff are approved and accepted for filing, effective January 1, 1991.
