Martin, Commissioner; and K.L. Hall Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS: A. On December 4, 1991 Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia ("TME") applied under Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, RSBC c. 328 ("the Act") to the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission") for approval of a toll increase on its Jet Fuel Pipeline effective January 1, 1992; and B. The rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of jet fuel from connected refineries, storage facilities and marketing terminals in the Greater Vancouver area to the Vancouver International Airport; and C. The Commission has considered TME's Application and supporting information and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. TME's Application dated December 4, 1991 to increase tolls on its Jet Fuel Pipeline is approved effective January 1, 1992. 2. TME will fIle with the Commission by January 31, 1992 letters of Concurrence of the toll increase from its shippers on the Jet Fuel Pipeline.
