Newlands, ) May 20,1992 Deputy Chairman; and ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. On March 13, 1992 Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNGIf) applied for Commission approval to continue with its Commercial Hot Water Tank Conversion Grant Program ("the Program") until March 31, 1993; and B. The Program was approved to March 31, 1992 by Order No. G-57-91 and required a report on the results to be submitted to the Commission by April 30, 1992; and C. PNG, in its report, indicated its desire to continue with the Program until March 31, 1993 at which time it will decide whether to seek approval of the Program on a permanent basis; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of the Program is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the extension of the Commercial Hot Water Tank Conversion Grant Program, on an interim basis, to March 31, 1993. 2.
