By Order No. E-14-92 the Commission approved a monthly bid process which Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNGft) proposed for the gas year ending October 31, 1993; and B. On June 30, 1993 PNG filed Interruptible Gas Supply arrangements with Canadian Hydrocarbons Marketing Inc. (Mobil Oil) ("CHMI") [or the month of July, 1993; and C, On July 30, 1993 PNG flied with the Commission information on Interruptible Gas Supply arrangements with CanWest and CHMI, forthe month of August, 1993; and D. On September 10, 1993 PNG tiled with the Commission information on interruptible gas supply arrangements for August 1993 and an Interruptible Gas Supply Agreement with Can West for the month of September 1993; and E. The Commission is satisfied that the contracts between PNG and CanWest, and PNG and CHMI, for the supply of short-term interruptible gas supplies should be approved. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules thereunder, the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Interruptible Gas Supply Agreements between PNG and CanWest for the supply of short-term interruptible gas during the month of September, 1993 is approved. 2. The Interruptible Gas Supply arrangements between PNG and CHMI [or the months of July and August, 1993 are approved.
