McIntyre, ) Chainnan; ) J.D.V. Newlands, ) May 8, 1992 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On May 7, 1992, Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval, rate schedules and rates for natural gas distribution service to retail customers located on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast served by the PCEC transmission pipeline; and B . The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources by letter of April 30, 1992, accepted a competitive fuel price of 33.5 ¢ per litre as a basis for natural gas rates, commencing May 1, 1992. C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of natural gas rates contained in the Application is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing for Centra Gas, rates for natural gas service effective May 1, 1992 as submitted in Centra Gas' May 7, 1992 Application. 2.
