On October 18, 1993 BC Gas Utility Ltd. - Columbia Division applied to the Commission for approval of Tariff Supplement No.4 - Gas Transportation Service Agreement dated December 10, 1992 with Cominco Ltd. at its Kimberley, B.C. operations; and B. The Agreement provides for gas transportation, backstopping service and interruptible sales covering the period December 1, 1992 to November 1, 1993; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves and accepts for filing for BC Gas Utility Ltd., Gas Tariff Supplement No.4 Gas Transportation Service Agreement with Cominco Ltd. effective December 1, 1992 to November 1, 1993 as follows: Original Sheet No.4 and Sheets No. 4-12 to 4-17 inclusive; First Revision of Sheets No. 4-2 and 4-5 to 4-11 inclusive; Third Revision of Sheet No. 4-4; Eighth Revision of Sheet No. 4-3; Eleventh Revision of Sheet No.4-I.
