Barr, ) Deputy Chair ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 10, 1992 BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") filed for Commission approval the following Natural Gas for Vehicles ("NGV") Service Agreements for Rate Schedule 14: • Cancellation of Tariff Supplement No. 30 with 298280 BC Ltd. at Kamloops, B.C., and • Replacement of Tariff Supplement No. 30 with Premier Propane Inc. at Kamloops, B.C., and • Cancellation of Tariff Supplement No. 38 with Westend Texaco at Chetwynd, B.C. B. Amendments to Tariff Supplement No. 30 are a result of a change of ownership at the Kamloops location, and reflect a waiver of minimum monthly bill provisions. Tariff Supplement No. 30 is required to be cancelled as the NGV facility was never built on the Chetwynd site; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of the amendments are necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders BC Gas as follows: 1. Cancellation of Tariff Supplement No. 30 with 298280 BC Ltd. at Kamloops, B.C. is approved. 2. Replacement of Tariff Supplement No. 30 with Premier Propane at Kamloops, B.C. is approved. 3. Cancellation of Tariff Supplement No. 38 with Westend Texaco at Chetwynd, B.C. is approved.
