On September 27, 1993 BC Gas Utility Ltd. - Columbia Division applied to the Commission for approval of Tariff Supplement No.3 - Gas Transportation Service Agreement dated January 27, 1993 with Fording Coal Ltd. at its Greenhills Operations at Elkview, B.C.; and B. The Agreement provides for gas transportation service and backstopping service covering the period December 5, 1992 to November 1, 1993; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves and accepts for filing for BC Gas Utility, Gas Tariff Supplement No.3 - Gas Transportation Service Agreement with Fording Coal Ltd. effective December 5, 1992 to November 1, 1993 as follows: Original Sheet No.3 and Sheets No. 3-13,3-14,3-15,3-16,3-17 and 3-18; First Revision of Sheets No. 3-3, 3-4, 3-5, 3-7 and 3-8; Second Revision of Sheets No. 3-2, 3-6, 3-10, 3-11 and 3-12; Third Revision of Sheets No. 3-6 and 3-9; Fourth Revision of Sheet No.3-I.
