BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) June 25, 1993 L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) WHEREAS: A. By Order No. E-14-92 the Commission approved a monthly bid process which Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNG") proposed for the gas year ending October 31, 1993; and B. On May 20, 1993 PNG filed an Interruptible Gas Supply arrangement with CanWest Gas Supply Inc. ("CanWest") for the month of May, 1993; and C. On June 8, 1993 PNG filed with the Commission an Interruptible Gas Supply arrangement with CanWest, for the month of June, 1993; and D. The Commission is satisfied that the contracts between PNG and CanWest for the supply of short-term interruptible gas supplies should be approved. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules thereunder, the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Interruptible Gas Supply Agreement between PNG and CanWest for the supply of short-term interruptible gas during the month of May, 1993 is approved. 2.
