On April 16, 1992, Pacific Coast Energy Corporation (ltPCEC It ) filed for Commission approval a natural gas transportation toll for service to gas brokers from Huntingdon on the PCEC pipeline transmission system; and B. The Commission, as directed by Special Direction No.5, has reviewed PCEC's calculation for its projected cost of service and volumes of deliveries on the pipeline and is satisfied that approval of the toll confonns to that Direction and is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for PCEC, a natural gas transportation toll on its transmission system at the rate of $1.52/01, on an interim basis, effective May 1, 1992. 2. The Commission's approval is subject to a final detennination of PCEC's cost of service and rate base at a public hearing to be set by future Commission Order. 3. The Commission will accept, subject to timely filing by PCEC, a Oas Tariff rate schedule in accordance with the tenus of this Order.
