Newlands, ) March 5, 1992 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On November 8, 1991 BC Gas Inc.-Inland Division ("BC Gas) applied to the Commission for approval of negotiated sales rate agreements under Rate Schedule 10 - Interruptible Sales Service for Cariboo Pulp and Paper Company and Canadian Forest Products Ltd. - Prince George Pulp Division, effective for the gas contract year commencing November 1,1991; and B. On February 13, 1992 BC Gas provided additional information in support of the Agreements concerning the negotiation process and price determination procedures; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreements and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Rate Schedule 10 Interruptible Sales Agreements between BC Gas and Canadian Forest Products Ltd. - Prince George Division and Cariboo Pulp & Paper Company are approved and accepted for fIling effective for the gas contract year commencing November 1, 1991. 2.
