Jaccard, Chairperson; and L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ORDER WHEREAS: A. On July 27, 1993 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied to the Commission for approval of the supply of power in excess of 45 KV A by way of Special Contract allowed for in Rate Zone II and its Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions, Page B-35 to Gwaalagaa Naay Corporation at Skidegate, B.C.; and B. The Agreement, known as Electric Tariff Supplement No. 14, will allow B.C. Hydro to supply up to 150 kW of maximum demand for an indefinite term which will continue from month-to-month unless terminated by either party and requires the customer to pay, in advance of installation, $3,276 as a contribution toward the cost of the B.C. Hydro extension; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The July 27, 1993 Special Contract between B.C. Hydro and Gwaalagaa Naay Corporation known as Electric Tariff Supplement No. 14, is approved and accepted for filing effective April 13, 1993.
