On September 27, 1993 BC Gas Utility Ltd. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas Utility") applied to the Commission for approval of Tariff Supplement No.8 - Rate Schedule 2501 Interruptible Gas Service Agreement for the gas contract year commencing November I, 1992 with Tilbury Cement Limited at its cement kiln located in Delta, B.C.; and B. The Agreement dated October 30, 1992 replaces a previous agreement that expired on October 31, 1992 and extended the winter rate for gas service taken under Rate Schedule 2501 Interruptible Service to April 1, 1993; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BC Gas Utility, Tariff Supplement No.8 - Rate Schedule 2501 Interruptible Gas Service Agreement with Tilbury Cement covering the gas contract year commencing November 1, 1992 as follows: Tariff Supplement No.8 - First Revision of Page No.8 - Second Revision of Pages 8-1 to 8-6 inclusive.
