On February 28, 1992 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied to the Commission for amendments to its Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions relating to Advance Billing and the re-introduction of Security Deposits applicable to General Service Customers; and B. The amendments will provide a broader range of options available for customers commensurate with B.C. Hydro's credit risk associated with billing; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application and is satisfied that approval of the amendments to the Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions related to Advance Billing and Security Deposits is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders B.C. Hydro as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing, effective February 28, 1992, amendments to B.C.
