Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall Commissioner ) December 9, 1993 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On December 3, 1993 Enershare Technology Corporation ("Enershare") applied to the Commission for approval to return its Agents/Brokers/Marketers Licence Certificate No. A-I-93 ("A/B/M Licence") issued by the Commission pursuant to Order No. A-I-93; and B. Enershare advised the Commission that the cost to maintain its performance bond was too high in relation to the amount of revenue generated and requested approval to maintain its status as II Approved for Licence"; and C. Enershare expects market conditions for A/B/M sales will improve commencing May, 1994; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and approves the return of the A/B/M licence. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the application by Enershare for the return of its A/B/M Licence, issued pursuant Order No. A-I-93, effective the date of this Order. 2. The Commission returns to Enershare the Performance Bond documents required for an A/B/M Licence by Order No. A-I-93. 3. The Commission confirms Enershare's status under Order No. A-I-93 whereby the A/B/M Licence will be issued upon receipt of evidence acceptable to the Commission that a satisfactory gas delivery performance bond is in place and all the provisions set out in Order No. A-I-93 continue to apply.
