BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) October 20, 1993 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On September 29, 1993 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval an Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions ("the Agreement") for natural gas service under the Competitive Range Rate Class at the Large General Service Rate No.3 (LGS-3) for Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific for heating, water heating and processing located in the Municipality of Metchosin B.C.; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the Industrial Gas Sales Agreement dated June 15, 1993 and General Terms and Conditions dated July 17, 1993 under the Competitive Range Rate Class at the Large General Service Rate No.3 between Centra Gas and Lester B.
