BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) November 25, 1993 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On October 31, 1991 BC Gas Utility Ltd. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas Utility") applied to the Commission for approval of a Wheeling Agreement with Pacific Coast Energy Corporation ("PCEC") to cover the transmission of gas over BC Gas Utility's system to PCEC's transmission pipeline; and B. On February to, 1993 BC Gas Utility applied to the Commission for approval of amendments to the Wheeling Agreement with PCEC to take into account concerns of the Vancouver Island Gas Joint Venture ("the Joint Venture"); and e. On November to, 1993 BC Gas Utility filed a final Wheeling Agreement that set out the base toll on the system for a 20 year term along with other pertinent terms and conditions of service covering the wheeling of gas from BC Gas Utility's system at Huntingdon, B.C. to its custody transfer station on Eagle Mountain in Coquitlam, B.e.; and D. The Commission has reviewed that application and finds that approval of the Wheeling Agreement is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The February to, 1993 filing of the Wheeling Agreement between BC Gas Utility and PCEC for the movement of gas over the BC Gas Utility system is approved.
