On October 29, 1992 BC Gas Inc. - Columbia Division ("BC Gas") (effective July 1, 1993 known as BC Gas Utility Ltd.) filed with the Commission an application incorporating new nominations and rates, and the revision of Gas Tariff Sheet No. 6-1 cancelling the Rate Schedule 2 SelVice Agreement with Line Creek Resources (formerly Crows Nest Resources Limited) effective June 1, 1992; and B. The Commission by Order No. G-51-88 and in its May 17, 1988 Decision for BC Gas, approved the use of the demand-distance methodology in allocating the cost of ~:elVice to Special Contract customers as a class and approved the classification as Rate Schedule 7; and C. The Commission approved the 1991/1992 rates for BC Gas Rate Schedule 7 customers and issued Order No. G-73-92; and D. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that the amendments are necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for BC Gas Utility Ltd., Gas Tariff, Rate Schedule 7 - Large Volume Firm SelVice, Fifth Revision of Sheet No. 81, effective June 1, 1992. 2. The Commission approves the Second Revision of Sheet No. 6-1 and cancellation of Sheets No. 6-2 to 6-10 inclusive of Tariff Supplement No.2 for Crows Nest Resources Limited.
