Jaccard, Chaitperson; and ) F.C. Leighton, Commissioner ) July 8, 1993 WHEREAS: A. On June 30, 1993 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied for Commission approval to continue to include, in its operating expenses, subsidy payments made to the customers of Yoho Power Ltd. ("Yoho") by extending the time period approved by Commission Order No. G-55-92 from June 30, 1993 to June 30, 1994; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and has determined that the extension of the time period allowing the continuation of the B.C. Hydro subsidy is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the extension of the subsidy payments made by B.C. Hydro to Yoho applicable to Residential and Commercial Service Customers, other than accounts billed to and paid by the Federal Government of Canada, for the period July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994.
