BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) May 30, 1994 ORDER WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. E-26-93 approved for PNG pricing amendments to its baseload contracts with Talisman Energy Inc., Czar Resources Ltd. and Orbit Oil and Gas Ltd., and a one-year supply contract with Amerada Hess Canada Ltd., pursuant to the Rules Respecting Energy Supply Contracts ("the Rules") and Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"); and B. On May 24, 1994, PNG filed a Letter Agreement with Ocelot Energy Inc. ("Ocelot") dated April 15, 1994 that amended the baseload supply contract with Ocelot and established prices for 1993/94; and C. The Commission has reviewed the filing and has determined that the amendments to the PNG baseload gas supply contract with Ocelot and the prices for 1993/94 should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission, pursuant to the Rules and Section 85.3 of the Act, approves for PNG the Letter Agreement with Ocelot dated April 15, 1994 which amends the Gas Purchase Agreement dated October 15, 1991. This approval is subject to timely filing of fully executed formal documentation to evidence the contract amendment.
