Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) December 8, 1994 ORDER WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. G-21-93 approved Centra Gas British Columbia Inc.'s ("Centra Gas") spot gas procurement strategy for the period September 1, 1993 through October 31, 1994; and B. On November 15, 1994 Centra Gas applied to the Commission for approval of spot gas purchases for the month of September and October 1994 under the approved strategy; and C. The Commission has reviewed the actual spot gas purchases in September and October 1994 and IS satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules the Commission orders the follows: 1. The purchase of spot gas through Centra Gas' gas supply manager Westcoast Gas Services Inc. in September and October 1994 is approved. 2. Centra Gas is to file for Commission approval its spot gas purchase strategy covering the 1994/95 gas contract year in advance of any spot gas purchases taking place.
