Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) November 3, 1994 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On September 14, 1994 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. - Fort St. John District ("Centra Gas") applied, pursuant to Sections 66 and 67 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act") for approval of a new Firm Transportation Service Agreement and Rate for OGY Petroleums Ltd. ("OGY"); and B. The Firm Transportation Service Agreement dated August 19, 1994 provides for an annual contribution to Centra Gas' fixed costs of approximately $8,000 over the life of the ten-year agreement commencing September 1, 1994; and C. Centra Gas also applied to amend its General Terms and Conditions - Industrial Firm Transportation Service of its Gas Tariff to amend charges for unauthorized service to two (2) times costs incurred by Centra Gas in providing the service and to make several other changes; and D. The Commission has reviewed the application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for Centra Gas the August 19, 1994 Industrial Firm Transportation Service Agreement with OGY effective September 1, 1994, subject to Centra Gas refiling the Agreement in Tariff Supplement format. 2. The Commission approves an unauthorized service charge for OGY of two times Centra Gas' costs in providing the service. 3. Centra Gas is to file, in Standard Tariff Supplement format, the amendment to Section 7,01 of the Agreement which covers unauthorized service charges equivalent to two times Centra Gas' costs. 4. The Commission approves the amendments to Centra Gas' General Terms and Conditions as requested in its September 14, 1994 application, with the exception of the amendment to Section 7.01 dealing with unauthorized service charges which is not approved. . . ./2
2 5. The Commission will consider at future revenue requirements hearings, the need to adjust the rate for OGY in light of any future system improvements at Cecil Lake, B.C.
