("WKp") applied to amend its current bank loan arrangements under an Agreement with the Bank of Montreal dated May 9, 1984, pursuant to Section 57 of the Utilities Commission Act (the IIAct"); and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application along with a certified copy of the May 12, 1994 Resolution of the Board of Directors of WKP and approves the tenns thereof. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves for WKP, the extension of the expiry dates of the Revolving Term and Demand Loan Lines of Credit with the Bank of Montreal from January 2, 1996 to January 2, 1997, pursuant to Section 57 of the Act.
