On January 14, 1993 1993 BC Gas Inc. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas) applied to the Commission for approval of amendments to Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 23, and Letter Agreement dated October 30, 1992 with B.C. Hydro for Supply of Swing Gas to the Burrard Thermal Plant; and B. The Agreement will allow BC Gas to better match sales and purchases for the core market on a daily basis through sales to B.C. Hydro and extend the previous Agreement for an additional two years effective November 1, 1993; and C. The October 30, 1992 Agreement replaces a similar Agreement dated September 17, 1991 and approved by Commission Order No. G-I09-91; and D. The Commission is satisfied that approval of the amendments to the Swing Gas Agreement is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing the Letter Agreement dated October 30, 1992 between BC Gas and B.C. Hydro for the Supply of Swing Gas to the Burrard Thermal Plant, known as Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 23 as follows: • Second Revision of Page No. 23. • Third Revision of Pages No. 23-1 to 23-7, inclusive. • First Revision of Pages No. 23-8 and 23-9 • Original Pages No. 23-10 and 23-11 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this/ day of February, 1993.
