Ltd. BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chair; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chair ) April 15, 1993 WHEREAS: A. On March 12, 1993 Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. ("Squamish Gas") applied to the Commission for approval to include Regulator Facilities Site Development Costs of $120,299.63 in its rate base and in Standard Code of Account No. 461; and B. The site development costs are Squamish Gas' share of the costs of the metering facility owned by Pacific Coast Energy COIporation where Squamish Gas takes delivery of natural gas for distribution in its underground grid system; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of such site development costs should be included in rate base. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves for Squamish Gas the application to include Regulator Facilities Site Development Costs of $120,299.63 in its rate base and in the Standard Code of Account No. 461.
