("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval an Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions ("the Agreement") for natural gas service for heating, water heating and processing under the Large General Service Rate No.3 (LGS-3) for the Correctional Services of Canada's William Head Institution located in the Municipality of Metchosin, B.c.; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions dated May 25, 1993 under the LGS-3 rate class between Centra Gas and the Correctional Services of Canada's William Head Institution at Metchosin, B.C.
