Jaccard, Chairperson; and K.L. Hall, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS: A. On April 19, 1994 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval an Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions ("the Agreement") for natural gas service under the Competitive Commercial Rate to E-Plus Customers Rate Class at the Sales Rate Determination as provided for in Appendix B.l to Sun Wing Greenhouses Ltd.'s Central Saanich, B.c.; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest.
